Forget-me-not
Originally brought to the USA from Fontainebleau France in the mid-19th century by Winkworth Allen Gay an artist from Hingham MA.. Forget-me-nots flourished along the town brook for years and young boys sold them in bunches at the old railroad station downtown. Forget-Me-Nots are a symbol of love, hope, devotion and remembrance.. Blue butterflies call to mind our Dear Ones gone before us and remind us that our angels are always with us.
